Requirements

When using Windows Mobile Code Signing Credentials you are delivered a USB Token. This USB Token contains a Digital ID which is used for two (2) purposes. The first use is to digitally sign Smartphone files and applications before submittal to your Windows Mobile Code Signing Credentials service. The second use is to gain access to your Smartphone service management interface. This is where you will upload your digitally signed Smartphone files and applications to be re-signed.

* The USB Token will be used in conjunction with a URL through either Internet Explorer or Netscape to gain access to your Smartphone service management interface.

System requirements

The computer on which you install Datakey CIP software must be running one of the following Microsoft operating systems:

• Windows 2000
• Windows XP Professional
• Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Client, Service Pack 4 or higher

• A 486 or later processor
• A minimum of 8 Mbytes of RAM, but 16 Mbytes is recommended.
• An available serial or USB port for the token reader or an available PCMCIA slot if you are using a laptop computer.
